We ship directly from our suppliers and they are all struggling to navigate this challenging environment due to COVID19. They are all required to follow social distancing guidelines, which in turn causes them to have less staff to process and ship orders.
Most orders are taking 5 to 8 business days to process and ship, this does not include shipping time.
We are seeing delayed shipping or cancellation of some orders. Our suppliers are having trouble restocking products, especially ones from overseas. What used to take a few weeks to restock is now taking months.
We are cooperating with our suppliers to help minimize delays wherever possible.
Please note that we are seeing couriers' delays with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. LTL Freight companies are seeing very long delivery times.
